When you join the Veterinarian Connect network, we ask for the following identifying information: First Name, Last Name, Address, Telephone Number, Email Address, and additional personal information you choose to provide. We also may collect information as a result of your interaction with Veterinarian Connect or one of our licensees or marketing partners or that we obtain through third party sources.
